JOURNEY

My Journey

My career didn't start in design. It started on the ground — solving real operational problems, listening to people under pressure, and learning that the smallest details often decide whether a system works.

As a Quality Team Leader at Uber Eats, I spent every day at the intersection of process, people, and trust. I saw firsthand how a single confusing step can break an entire experience — and how clarity can rebuild it.

From there I moved through corporate and creative roles, learning structure from one and craft from the other. I picked up product, research, and design practices not as theory, but as tools to solve problems I had already lived.

The transition into UX and Product Design felt less like a pivot and more like naming what I had been doing all along — studying behavior, removing friction, and designing for decisions people can stand behind.

Today I focus on trust-driven product experiences, especially in learning and growth contexts where the stakes are personal. The work is quieter than it looks: research, thinking, iterating, and protecting the user's ability to choose well.

CRAFT

What I Do

UX Research

Understanding user behavior, motivations, and decision-making patterns.

Behavioral Design

Designing experiences that help people make confident decisions.

Product Thinking

Balancing user needs, business goals, and long-term product growth.

PRINCIPLES

How I Work

01

Start with the trust gap

Find the moment users hesitate — that's where design earns its keep.

02

Design for decisions, not screens

Every interface choice should reduce uncertainty, not add to it.

03

Research before assumptions

Listen to real users before defending a hypothesis.

04

Validate through feedback

Ship small, observe carefully, iterate without ego.

05

Simplify complexity

Clarity is the result of subtraction, not addition.

06

Measure impact

Tie design decisions to outcomes — for users and the business.
